Lovely people, some questions, I go away, and a short story about hypnotism

Dearest Most Darrrrling Universe:

Do you know who HMY is? I do! If you don’t its just another one of the fabulous things you are missing out on. But oh well, it really isn’t worth worrying about. HMY IS SO COOL.

ANYWAYYYS. I take African dance at PVPA. The teacher is AMAZING. Her daughter is an AMAZING assistant teacher and her son is an AMAZING drummer, while her husband is and AMAZING dancer too, and her 2 babies are AMAZINGLY cute. What an amazing family. Maybe they should get a trophy. Someone else will have to get them one, though, because I don’t have any money at the moment.

Why–

Is everythhing so expensive?!?!?

Do we have daylight savings?

Isn’t by cough from 2 WEEKS AGO gone yet?

Who–

Is your best friend?

What–

The heck??

Are you going to do today?

Did you know–

That I am freezing?

That in some parts of Africa they use salt for money?

That hippos have red sweat?

That oysters have blue eyes?

Well they do.

Do you like Tofutti or sorbet better? I really really really really like sorbet. Lemon sorbet is my favorite, closely followed by raspberry. RASPberry.

Hey, the word raspberry is so weird, because it sounds like its a kind of berry that would screape your throat raw. Which, of course, it isn’t. I eat them when I’m sick, in case you were wondering, which I’m sure you were.

Here’s yet ANTOTHER giant purple cyber-cookie for Tashi for so faithfully checking (AND POSTING ON) my lovely blog:——–>O HOPE YOU LIKE IT!!!!!

Did you ever notice that I always type only in YELLOW,GREEN, purple or blue?

Yellow and green are my main colors, though.

OH NO.

This is something tragic. Something that will make you sob with misery and tragicality:

I MUST LEAVE YOU….. FOR… (EVER!!!!!) A WHOLE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AAAAAGH!! Wrenching shreiks of misery abound as I glide over to a tall spiral staircase and …. VANISH.

Oh, dear. I’ve been reading too much Lord Of The Rings. In my (homeschool) literary writing class, my only academic class with other people, we must read the ENTIRE DEADLY book. AND– I am often the only girl in my class. I don’t even bother. It is just the most lethargical class you could ever take. I often sit in the middle of a sofa thing, with the two other boys on either side of me. They bellow at each other about RuneScape, their darling computer-game double life, and shreik answers to questions at the teacher in between arguing about whos RuneScape charachter has more money. Did I mention that they are both very tall? Did I mention that One plays football and is rather… bulky and the other one plays baseball and is as thin as a BAT? Did I mention that they do all of their communication OVER MY HEAD?!?! WAY over my head???!???!?!?

See? What did I tell you tragic. BUT– notice improved quality of writing above. Ranting and raving about nonimportant things I do best is one of my streangths. I think I need more positive long words in my vocabulary, since I really only appreaciate long words. I’m a philologist. OH NO THAT’S WHAT J.R.R. TOLKIEN WAS TOO!!!! HOW DARE HE BE FORTHCOMING ENOUGH TO STEAL MY PROFESSION!!!!!

Oh well. I guess I will simply LIVE WITH IT.  But I really would like to quit my writing class.

Did I ever mention that during the Lord Of The Rings class, I often meditate or practice self-hypnosis? I’ve always wanted to be able to hypnotise people, so I could help them forget all sorts of deadly morbid stuff that happened to them. Speaking of hypnotism:

Did you know, that once, in some state which I cannot remember the name of right now, a schoolbus full of kids (and one driver) DISSAPEARED on th way to school. A week and 3 days later, all of the kids and driver were found, wandering around, looking lost and speaking gibberish. They had no IDEA where they were (but they were in the same town). They all got sent to the hospital by their parents, and still, they were all conversing, terrified, in gibberish. They really did not know where they were!!!!! So they called in a big huge team of hypnotists, and they hypnotised the children to remember how to speak English, then, they hypnotised them to tell where they had been. After that, they pieced together a freaky story:

They were driving to school in the bus, when a white van hit the bus. Then 2 men leapt out of the bus and injected everyone with something, before they could move. Then all the people on the bus went uncosious. Then the men from the van buried the entire bus with the children and driver inside. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?!?! Anyways, when they all woke up, they were terrified, and dug themselves out of the ground using their protractors and pencils!!! Then their brains were so completely TERRIFIED, that the blocked out the memory all together!!! That’s why they were speaking gibberish, because their brains had reduced them to toddlers.

I don’t know is they caught the white-van-men. Maybe they did’nt!!!! AHHHH!

By the way, that is a true story.

Must go!!!

13 Words of Wisdom– instructions for having a great life!!!

Since I’m rushing, I’ll tell you 13 important things:

1. Dating is overrated

2. Theater romances never last.

3. Nice boys are hte most fun.

4. You always huve more fun in life if you decide not to like anyone, and love everyone.   It’s especially handy with boys, because your whole life gets funner when you aren’t worrying about how you look.

5. Don’t worry about how you look. Life is so SO much more fun when you just throw on your ugly t-shirt and sweats and hit the town with your girl (and boy-casual) friends.

6. Believe what I’m telling you: you’re gorgeous. Simply ravishing. Heavanly. You know, pamper yourself. Love isn’t only for others!!! Have some fun, watch a totally happy movie like Mary Poppins or something like that. Paint your toenails and fingernail yucky blue. Do something. Stop worrying about what it looks like.

7. Girls who don’t care about anything but having fun and being kind are the coolest. Don’t even try.

8. Be yourself.

9 Dating is still overrated. It’s so much more fun to hug 99 guys than be firmly attached to 1 who you may not even like that much.

10. Life. Is. Fun.

11. Life’s too short to waste. Don’t wait for him to call– move on today!!!!!!

12. You’re wicked awesome.

13. “Life is too short to be taken seriously” ~Oscar Wilde

Lovies and gooooood luck~~~

Opening Night!!!!!

GUESS WHAT EVERYBODY!!!!!

Last night was opening night for Finian’s Rainbow!!!!!! Can you beleive it!?!?! It went really really well (I know why though– it was Friday the 13th– super lucky day for theatre!)!

The only problem was that I still have a dreadful cough, so when I went up to sing my solo song in the show (’Necessity’), I could hardly take a big breath. Not to mention that I coughed ALL THE TIME during the show. When I said my lines, my voice was so hoarse that I sounded like a young smoker. Oh yay. Well, at least the setting in the show is a tobacco-growing community that sells to Lucky Gold cig. company!

This morning, when I woke up, my throat was so stffy and so was my nose so I couldn’t really breathe that well. I’m almost all better though!

I love opening night. It’s thrilling. Your adrenaline just gets pumping like craaaaazy, it’s so awesome!!! It’s also soooooo such fun to look at people in the front rows and give them a GIGANTIC grin. It’s so cool. People look at you like ‘woaaaah cool!’.

I love theatre!!

HEEEEEYYYYYY– did you ever notice that theatre can be spelled 2 ways:

theatER —and— theatRE.

I totally prefer the second one– it’s more classy looking.

ANyoneANyone!!!!! Buy tickets for Finian’s!!! Go to the Jones Library in Amherst or visit www.arenacivictheatre.org , then click UPCOMING PRODUCTIONS.

WOO HOO I’m excited!!! I’m saving my voice all day today (only speacking when absolutely necessary, like if my head falls off or something like that!), so I’m using this weekend as an opportunity to learn American Sign Language.

Love and excitement!!!!!
