A little time issue…

Congratulations, Tash, on translating the French! Here is you GiantPurpleCyberCookie: O I hope you like it!

Annnnnyways. Did I mention that  the musical I am in goes up in 3 weeks? And that I simply cannot wait?

Oh, here is an interesting subject: I was wondering why people say “I can’t wait” when they have no choice in the matter whatsoever. Also, I was wondering who invented time.

Who decided that one minute is 60 seconds, each second being this long? Also, years. A year could be 100 days, then we would have the Year Of The Snows, and the Year Of The Sun and the Year Of The Budding and the Year Of The Falling Leaf. Except if you live in China. What is up with China (not meant as an insulting question, just wondering). How did they decide their year? I mean, if you wanted to observe a year, it would take years to determine a pattern. Then, once someone determined a pattern, how did they spread it around the world so that almost everyone was on the same calendar? Also, I was wondering, who discovered the international date line? Why don’t we just say that here (Western USA) at 7:00 am it is this bright outside in in India, at 7:00 am, peple are sleeping! So that at our midnight (12:00 am) we are all asleep, and in India, 12:00am is lunchtime!

OK, I have decided: Time is the result of a collaboration project between famous smart people all over the world (except in China, because they have their own [go China!]).

I made that up you know.

I was just too lazy too look it up right now.

Ok, I must go

jaam ak jaam (peace and more peace in Senegalese)

Perfecto

Bonjour, mes amies! Comment ca va? Bon. Je ca va aussie. Je suis démuni désolé de I signalant beaucoup en retard. J’ai tellement continuer dans ma vie. Celui qui peut traduire ceci est très futé ! Essai www.babelfish.com!

That’s my little French mystery of the day. Try to translate it! First one to do so gets 20 kudos!!!!! And a cyber-cookie!!! A purple one!!!! So it’s totally worth it.

So, person-who-posted-on-my-blog-about-me-being-nice, I think it’s really surprising that you say I am a nice person. Not that I am an evil person off-computer. I am exactly the same off as I am here on this blog. But I don’t know, I’m not sure if it’s just typical or if I gpt special treatment, because whenever I am in the company of my male peers, they make a point of swiftly telling me that I’m “not a very nice person”.

It’s kind of (pardon the rather dramatic use of the word) shocking. It’s like being warm, than having cold water dumped on me. It thakes alot of effort to look like people say that to me all the time. But it never happens unless I’m with a friend or two, then we see someone that they know, and I don’t. Then we all start chatting, and the person (no girls have ever done this, it’s just a guy thing, I think) will randomly tell me I’m not a very nice person. It’s perplexing and frustrating. And, it’s the only thing I don’t have a clever comeback to.

Oh, well. I don’t really know what to do about it.

I also really know what to mean about perfectness, but I’m not going to get into it, because it’s really rare that anyone would agree. Do you have a blog?

Oh. The benefit concert is today. I hope everyone can come………….

I have just suddenly hit a wall and I need to sleep.

good bye for now

Some News

Here are a few “newses”:

News 1: I am going to be in a benefit concert benefiting a school in New Orleans.

New 2: I am also in a musical.

News 3: My hair is actually growing now!!!!

News 4: There is no news 4

Suggestion to Everyone (especially Angel):

Let’s look for the good things about ourselves. What, for instance is good about me? Post and tell me. Now what is good about you? Tell me that too. It’s important to tell others, and well as yourself what is good about you. Keep up that joy, and try hard to stay in control of your emotions. Pretend you’re the perfect being: pretend everyone treats you that way. You’ll get through you day on a cloud. You Are Wonderful and you were Put On This Earth For A Reason. Believe me. I know you were.

An answer to a CryForHelpInTheDark

Dearest most darling Anonymous person who Seeks MyHelp for ABigProblem,

I would be happy to help you on whatever your problem may be. BUT I am definately not going to give you my private contact information just in case you are a deadly stalker or people-capturer.

So, if I am going to help you fix your MostDeadly and DauntingProblem, you must make yourself a blog. Then you may post a comment telling me what the link to your blog is, and I will read it and delete your comment fast so that no one else will read you blog. Unless you want someone else to.

See, I have really no idea who you are or anything so it might be a good idea for you to tell me who you are. Yeah.

By the way I am BeingSafeOnTheInternet. So maybe you should tell me who you REALLY are. Or make up a name. Just do something.

The End

I hope you have a ReallyHappyDay

and I also hope you are not a deadly person. I hope you are a real live person too, instead of a robot.

Love, Kimaya

Why I was gone, and why I’m back.

OH HELLO WORLD IM BACK AND I BET YOU’RE WONDERING WHY I WAS GONE FOR SO LONG SO I WILL TELL YOU:

I went to Cape Cod for a week, then when I came back, I went straight to Nova Scotia, Canada with my grandparents on an unexpected trip for two weeks. Then when I returned to my home base, I was whisked off to North Carolina. And we had to drive. DRIVE. 14 hours each direction. I went to visit my great-great aunt V who is shrinking every time I see her. Right not she is probably almost 4 feet tall.

So now that you know why I was gone, I will get back into my normal human-ness. First, I will make a list of things:

  1. I am going to be in a musical called ‘Finian’s Rainbow’. It’s in October. Go to http://www.arenacivictheatre.org/upprod.html and then come see me. I actually have a part. And so do my sisters.
  2. I am also going to be in a benefit concert benefiting the rebuilding of a school in New Orleans. You should come to that too. It’s on September 17th, 2006 form 2-5 pm, at the Amherst Middle School Auditorium. (I am so sorry Tash, I am guessing that it is 99.99999% possible that you won’t be coming, but I think you would have loved it). Tickets are 3$ for all people under 15, and 6$ for anyone over. You really should come. And, for anyone who knows John McPhee and his sister, they are in it doing SWING DANCING!!!!!!!!
  3. I am going to get braces soon I think
  4. I am allergic to canned pineapple but not fresh.
  5. I was thinking of giving piano lessons. Do you think that would be a good idea?
  6. I am going to start learning Hindi again, and maybe I will do some more French.
  7. I am going to change the world

That’s all.

Here is some food for thought:

Have you ever noticed that some people are only happy when they are making someone else miserable? I see it everywhere. Even friends do it to each other. They try to embarrass each other in public. Notice it, look for it and try to stop it.

Food for thought is good for thinking about in case you didnt know.

The End.

Kimaya

PS: I hope you didn’t think I abandoned my blog, because I would never waste my superior writing skills of extreme modesty just to abandon my greatest work. When I am famous, you can boast that you read my blog every single day of you life. I love you . The End.
